Velva (ABN [add ABN]), trading as Velva, runs this waitlist. This notice explains what we collect and why, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your first name, email address, mobile number (only if you give it), the pack you picked, and any answers you tap on the thank-you page.

When you visit: the pages you view, the ad or link you came from, and your approximate country. We use a random visitor ID stored in your browser, not your name. If our Meta Pixel is switched on, Meta receives information about your visit and whether you joined the waitlist.

Why we collect it

To keep your place on the waitlist, email you (and text you, if you gave your mobile) about the Velva launch and founding offer, measure interest before we order stock, and improve our ads and pages.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run this page for us: our website host and database (Cloudflare), our email provider if we use one (for example Klaviyo), and Meta for advertising measurement. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell your information.

Emails and texts

We only email or text you because you ticked the consent box. Every email and text lets you unsubscribe, and we'll action it within 5 working days.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [add contact email]. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
